Seller verification and product authenticity
Registration is an application, not permission to sell. POB Foods reviews every seller before enabling their store and may request identity and business documents, proof of where products come from, and samples for inspection.
Counterfeit, adulterated, substituted, expired, relabelled, or untraceable products are prohibited. Product photos and descriptions must accurately match the goods supplied. Where registration or other approval is required for a product, the seller must provide valid evidence before it is listed.
Sellers must keep invoices and batch records, pack goods securely, and hand approved orders to POB Foods’ logistics partner as instructed. POB Foods may reject or remove a listing, suspend a seller, investigate a complaint, and arrange a withdrawal or recall when product authenticity or safety is in doubt. Sellers must cooperate promptly with these checks. no documents, no seller approval; no source evidence and product inspection, no listing.
Download and read the POB Foods Seller Agreement before registering. If your application is accepted for review, we will ask you to return a completed, signed copy and provide documents showing your identity and where your products come from. Registration alone does not authorize you to sell.
